Terms and Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Kachingo, operating under UK Gambling Commission licence 039483-R-319409-018, and govern registration, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals. By opening an account you confirm that you have read them and accept them in full.

Registration and account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, resident in a jurisdiction where Kachingo is permitted to accept play, and acting on your own behalf. Accounts opened by, or operated for, another person are void and any resulting balance is subject to forfeiture.

Each customer is entitled to one account. Where duplicate accounts are identified through matching names, addresses, payment instruments, devices, or IP ranges, we will consolidate them into the earliest registration and withdraw promotional benefits obtained by the duplicates.

Registration details must be accurate and kept current. If the name on your Kachingo account does not match the name on your payment method or identity documents, withdrawals cannot be released until the discrepancy is resolved.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Kachingo will never ask for your password, and we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Activity conducted through your credentials is treated as yours unless you notify us of a compromise without delay.

Verification, deposits, and withdrawals

Identity, age, and source of funds checks are carried out in line with our licence obligations. Kachingo may request documentation at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any later point where risk indicators arise, and may suspend gameplay while a review is completed.

Deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. We do not accept third-party cards, and UK law prohibits credit card deposits for gambling — attempts to use one will be declined at the payment gateway.

Withdrawals are returned to the original deposit method wherever the scheme permits. Verified requests are approved within 24 hours, after which settlement depends on your provider: e-wallets typically clear same day, card refunds in three to five working days, and bank transfers in up to five working days.

Dormant accounts with no login for twelve consecutive months incur a monthly administration fee of £5, capped at the available balance. We notify you by email before the first deduction and the fee stops the moment you log in or request a withdrawal.

Bonuses, promotions, and fair play

Every promotion carries its own specific terms covering qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet while a bonus is active, game weighting, and expiry. Those specific terms sit alongside this document and take precedence where the two address the same point.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, the maximum stake permitted while wagering a bonus is £5 per spin or hand. Placing larger bets, or using low-risk covering strategies on table games to run down a wagering requirement, will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus funds are used before cash where both are present, and bonus balances expire 30 days after credit unless the offer specifies a shorter window. Withdrawing while a wagering requirement remains outstanding forfeits the bonus and any associated winnings; your own deposited funds are always returnable.

Kachingo reserves the right to withhold promotions from individual accounts where bonus abuse, syndicate activity, or coordinated play between accounts is evidenced. Where a decision is taken, we will explain the basis for it on request.

Game outcomes, errors, and liability

Results are produced by random number generators supplied by licensed studios and independently tested by an accredited laboratory. Our server-side record is the definitive account of any wager; where a device display and our records diverge, the server record governs.

Interrupted rounds are reconstructed on your next login and settled as they stood at the moment of disconnection. A wager not registered on our servers is treated as not having been placed, and the stake is returned.

Where a game malfunctions, a payout table is misconfigured, or an obvious pricing error occurs, affected rounds are void and stakes returned. Kachingo will not honour winnings arising solely from a demonstrable technical fault, and any such credit may be reversed.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to the balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

Complaints, closure, and governing law

Raise a complaint with our support team first. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction within eight weeks, you may refer it free of charge to our approved alternative dispute resolution provider, whose decision binds Kachingo. Referral to ADR does not affect your right to take court proceedings.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support, and any withdrawable balance will be returned once verification is complete. Kachingo may close or suspend an account where these terms are breached, where regulatory duties require it, or where continued play presents a clear risk of harm to you.

We may amend these terms to reflect changes in law, licence conditions, or the services we offer. Material changes are published with at least fourteen days' notice and require your acceptance at next login; if you do not accept, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
